Warehouse Assistant Manager

We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our fashion jewelry team in Monmouth County. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for the daily flow of our jewelry orders, ensuring every piece is handled with care and shipped accurately. This position offers a unique growth opportunity, as the right candidate will eventually be trained to assist with billing and office operations.

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders for daily shipment.

• Handle ticketing and un-ticketing of jewelry products to maintain organized inventory.

• Assist with various warehouse tasks including sorting, cleaning, and organizing stock.

• Process shipments and ensure all items meet quality standards before leaving the facility.

• Maintain a tidy and efficient workspace to streamline fulfillment.

• Train in and eventually manage QuickBooks updates for billing and order processing.

• Strong organizational skills and an obsession with accuracy.

• Ability to work full days consistently every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

• Comfortable performing physical tasks, including standing for long periods.

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.

• Basic computer literacy with a willingness to learn QuickBooks and billing software.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a small team.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment is a plus but not required.
