Senior Manager, Brand, Creative & Content Operations
Seeking a highly organized, commercially minded, and brand-sensitive Senior Manager, Brand, Creative & Content Operations to support all brands and divisions.
This role will serve as the central operator connecting brand priorities, creative workflow, content planning, asset coordination, and channel execution across the company. Working closely with company management, brand merchants, design directors, eCommerce teams, sales, and the AI Creative Production Lead, this person will help turn brand priorities into organized briefs, calendars, approvals, deliverables, and channel-ready assets.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in apparel, fashion, retail, or multi-brand consumer products who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to manage complex creative and content needs across multiple brands and channels.
What you’ll do
· Own cross-brand creative and content workflow from intake through approvals, delivery, and follow-up
· Build and manage project tracking, briefs, timelines, and approval processes
· Partner with brand merchants and design directors to translate their priorities into executable plans
· Coordinate content calendars across campaigns, launches, social, eCommerce, Amazon, and marketing needs
· Oversee social content planning and publishing workflows, including direct posting where appropriate
· Partner with the AI Creative Production Lead to operationalize AI-generated creative across brands and channels
· Improve speed, organization, and productivity through practical use of AI tools
· Manage asset organization, handoff, versioning, and channel-ready delivery
· Help create a more scalable and efficient operating model for creative and content execution

What we’re looking for
· 5+ years in creative operations, brand operations, marketing operations, content operations, project management, or related roles
· Strong experience in apparel, fashion, retail, consumer products, or multi-brand eCommerce
· Proven ability to manage high-volume workflows across multiple brands and stakeholders
· Strong understanding of digital content, Amazon content needs, social publishing workflows, and channel execution
· Experience using AI tools to improve workflow, planning, organization, and productivity
· Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and visual judgment
· Experience with tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Airtable, or similar
