We are seeking motivated, high energy Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on building relationships, hitting sales targets, and expanding our footprint in the retail and off price market. If you love a fast paced environment, enjoy direct customer interaction, and want an uncapped earning potential, this is the position for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and win over new retail and off price accounts within your territory.

  • Account Management: Keep in close contact with existing retail customers, ensuring they are happy and finding opportunities to introduce them to new product lines.

  • Customer Engagement & Travel: Get out of the office and visit your customers regularly. Success in this role comes from face to face meetings, in person presentations, and hosting clients at our NYC showroom.

  • Product Expertise: Learn our catalog inside and out so you can confidently present the features and benefits of our housewares, bed and bath, kitchen, pet, travel, and laundry lines.

  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations to potential and existing clients, both in person and virtually.

  • Order & Pipeline Tracking: Process customer orders accurately to ensure smooth delivery, and keep your daily sales activities and pipeline updated in our CRM system.

  • Customer Service: Take care of your clients by answering questions, solving issues quickly, and delivering top tier service that builds long term loyalty.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in wholesale, B2B, or retail sales, ideally selling to off price retailers or within the home goods industry.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Self motivated, goal oriented, and comfortable working independently while being a great team player.

  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage your daily schedule and track your sales numbers.

  • Proficiency with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office) and experience using CRM tracking software.

  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a readiness to travel to visit clients (all business travel expenses are covered).

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
