Wholesale Arbitrage Team Member

Schedule: Monday through Friday (9-hour shifts)

We are seeking a flexible and dedicated Merchandise Team Member to join our growing wholesale operations. In this role, you will be a key player in both identifying new business opportunities (buying) and providing top-tier service to our existing clients (selling). We are looking for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow alongside our team. You should be comfortable balancing office-based data tasks with hands-on warehouse support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities (buying) and actively service our existing client base (selling).

  • Communicate orders clearly across departments to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Navigate various e-commerce selling platforms and manage back-end marketplace tasks.

  • Analyze profit margins, product costs, and shipping fees to guide decision-making.

  • Run performance reports and reprice inventory items that are not moving.

  • Assist in warehouse organization and locate products for various departments.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all company policies.

  • Troubleshoot software issues and provide accurate product specs and descriptions.

  • Participate in growth initiatives, team meetings, and core value development.

Qualifications:
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Ability to learn new software and navigate multiple online marketplaces.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • High attention to detail, especially when dealing with fine print and product specs.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal and external use.

  • Physical ability to stand, move, or sit for 9 hours and lift or carry 25+ pounds.

  • Experience using basic hand tools such as drills and cutters is required.

  • Ability to remain composed and professional when dealing with difficult customers.
