The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company executive team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Provide administrative support for the Global Sales Account team. Support the Sales Team in managing key international client accounts
Assist in preparing client presentations, performance reports, and business reviews
Coordinate communication between internal departments (sales, operations, finance, marketing)
Maintain and update global account records and orders in CRM systems
Maintain order catalogs and customer pricing information.
Create and manage sales team expense reports.
Track account performance metrics and compile data reports
Perform general administrative duties such as but not limited to; filing, copying, scanning, managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have experience working in fast-paced environments where the utmost discretion and confidentiality are required
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Professional office setting
Salary: $50-55K
