A busy pizza restaurant in Great Neck is seeking an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is comfortable leading a team while staying actively involved on the floor.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and confident managing both staff and customer interactions, with a strong understanding of kosher operations preferred.

What You’ll Do
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Manage and supervise staff, ensuring efficiency and accountability
• Handle the register and assist with orders as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and smooth workflow throughout the store
