Mentoring Program

The SBH Young Professionals Program initiative is to “Guide, Empower, and Motivate” young adults (ages 18-30) in all aspects of job and career development. Since its inception in 2015, our team has selectively matched over 150 young adults with mentors in the career fields they wish to explore. The program also offers career guidance, networking and professional events, an internship and job placement program, and emerging career focused networks on LinkedIn.

Internship Program, Sponsored by Merchant Factors

Throughout the year, we place college-aged students in meaningful and educational internships at top companies across all industries. Each summer, an elite group qualifies for a parallel leadership program that coincides with their internships. The program offers resume assistance, interview prep and features guest speakers, business advice, and networking events for these future young professionals.
