Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Maintain accurate financial records Process payroll and employee expense reports Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing Requirements: Previous bookkeeping experience, preferably in wholesale, apparel, or inventory-based businesses Proficiency with accounting software Strong Excel and data-entry skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Location: Hybrid (remote and in-office)
