Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient care and daily office operations.
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean, stocked, and organized.
- Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain basic patient information, including vital signs when appropriate.
- Assist with routine clinical procedures and pediatric patient care.
- Schedule appointments and help manage patient flow throughout the office.
- Answer phones, greet patients and families, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate medical records and update patient information.
- Clean and sterilize medical equipment following office protocols.
- Support front desk and administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure a positive, friendly, and professional experience for patients and their families.
