A nonprofit organization is seeking a detail-oriented Data Maintenance Specialist to support the upkeep and accuracy of physician profiles and research data. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, focused work and takes pride in precision and consistency.
The position offers exposure to a wide range of medical topics and specialties while building strong organizational and research skills in a collaborative and supportive office environment.
What You’ll Do
• Maintain and update physician profiles with accuracy and consistency
• Input and organize research topics across internal systems
• Conduct thorough online research to verify and enhance data
• Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and up to date
• Communicate with internal teams as needed to clarify information
• Support ongoing data organization and maintenance projects
Requirements
• Proficiency with standard desktop software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Efficient and reliable data entry skills
• Excellent internet research abilities
• Strong communication skills, including phone communication
• Prior knowledge of medical specialties is a plus
