We are seeking 2 dedicated and reliable Hallway/Lunchroom Monitors to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, structured, and respectful environment for our students throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise students in various areas of the school, including hallways, restrooms, cafeteria, learning center, and during field trips.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, faculty, staff, and coworkers.
Monitor student hallway behavior to ensure a safe and respectful school environment.
Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Head of School.
Qualifications:
Ability to supervise and engage with students in a firm yet supportive manner.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Ability to follow school policies, schedules, and safety protocols.
