We are a wholesale childrenswear company located in NYC seeking a reliable and organized Showroom / Office Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a blend of administrative coordination and hands-on showroom preparation. You will play a key part in ensuring our showroom is presentation-ready and our daily office operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and organize the showroom for client meetings and seasonal presentations.

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to keep the office functioning efficiently.

  • Provide assistant support to the management team as needed.

  • Maintain showroom inventory and ensure samples are properly displayed.

  • Handle general correspondence.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an office management or showroom role is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Professional demeanor with a proactive approach to problem solving.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Interest or experience in the childrenswear or wholesale fashion industry.
