This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a blend of administrative coordination and hands-on showroom preparation. You will play a key part in ensuring our showroom is presentation-ready and our daily office operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare and organize the showroom for client meetings and seasonal presentations.
Manage daily administrative tasks to keep the office functioning efficiently.
Provide assistant support to the management team as needed.
Maintain showroom inventory and ensure samples are properly displayed.
Handle general correspondence.
Previous experience in an office management or showroom role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Professional demeanor with a proactive approach to problem solving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest or experience in the childrenswear or wholesale fashion industry.
