Location: Orangeburg, NY (20 Minutes from Monsey, NY)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Standard Business Hours (6–8 Hours Per Day, In-Office)

A healthcare-focused office in the medical supplies space is seeking a reliable and organized Secretary to support daily administrative and insurance-related tasks. This is a fully on-site role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive with follow-ups, and comfortable managing paperwork and claims processes in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
• Request required documents and follow up to ensure timely receipt
• Organize, file, and maintain accurate documentation
• Assist with general administrative and office tasks
• Prepare and process invoices for insurance billing
• Communicate with internal staff and external contacts as needed
• Track and manage multiple tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements
• Prior administrative or office experience required (healthcare or insurance experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail with strong follow-up ability
• Clear and professional communication skills (phone and email)
• Comfortable using computers and standard office systems
