Position Overview
A growing organization is seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support the employee onboarding process.
The HR Coordinator will serve as a primary point of contact for new hires, guiding them through each stage of onboarding and ensuring all required paperwork, documentation, and steps are completed accurately and on time.
No prior HR experience is required. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys working with people, following up, and keeping multiple processes moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
Guide new hires through each step of the onboarding process.
Serve as a main point of contact for new employees throughout onboarding.
Explain onboarding requirements and next steps clearly.
Follow up on outstanding paperwork, documentation, and incomplete requirements.
Track document completion and onboarding progress for multiple new hires simultaneously.
Communicate with new hires through phone, text, and email.
Answer questions and provide assistance throughout the onboarding process.
Troubleshoot onboarding issues and help resolve delays or missing information.
Maintain accurate and organized employee and onboarding records.
Update internal systems with current onboarding information and status changes.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure new hires complete all necessary requirements.
Identify potential delays and proactively follow up to keep the onboarding process moving.
Maintain professional and consistent communication with new hires.
Ensure sensitive employee information is handled appropriately and confidentially.
Qualifications
No previous HR experience required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Strong follow-up skills and ability to keep processes moving forward.
Comfortable communicating frequently by phone, text, and email.
Ability to manage multiple new hires and onboarding cases simultaneously.
Comfortable learning new systems and processes.

Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
