Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our wholesale apparel business. This is a full-time hybrid position, combining remote work with in-office responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Process payroll and employee expense reports
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing
Requirements:
- Previous bookkeeping experience, preferably in wholesale, apparel, or inventory-based businesses
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Strong Excel and data-entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
