A family-owned natural wellness business, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with the in-house production of its herbal wellness products, including tinctures, syrups, balms, oils, creams, and other natural remedies.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and able to follow recipes and production procedures carefully while maintaining consistent product quality.
Responsibilities
Prepare products according to approved recipes, measurements, and production procedures.
Measure, blend, infuse, and process herbs and ingredients accurately.
Bottle, package, seal, label, and date finished products.
Maintain consistent product quality and accurate batch records.
Monitor raw ingredient and packaging inventory.
Track finished product inventory.
Keep the production area clean, organized, and properly sanitized.
Qualifications
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Comfortable with hands-on work and product preparation.
Able to follow recipes, measurements, and instructions accurately.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Previous experience in production, food preparation, cosmetics, or herbal products is a plus.
Able to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Interest in natural wellness and herbal products is a plus.
