A company is seeking a highly skilled Operations & Logistics Specialist for a short-term, three-day on-site project focused on data migration and system implementation using Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role ideal for someone who can quickly audit, clean, and integrate operational and financial data systems.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with Zoho platforms, wholesale logistics, and inventory systems, and can deliver accurate, efficient results within a tight timeline.
What You’ll Do
• Execute clean data imports into Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory
• Configure multi-warehouse inventory tracking systems
• Ensure seamless synchronization between physical inventory and external sales channels
• Audit and reconcile stock and financial records
• Optimize system setup for accurate reporting and operational efficiency
Requirements
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory
• Strong background in operations, logistics, or wholesale inventory management
• Experience with data migration, system setup, and integrations
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
