Production Coordinator
Location: Secaucus, NJ

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Standard Business Hours
Salary: $75k DoE
Position Overview
A wholesale company is seeking a full-time Production Coordinator to support the Home Decor division. This role is responsible for managing overseas production across China, Vietnam, Cambodia, and India; ensuring high-quality products, timely deliveries, and clear communication between factories, vendors, and internal teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Track and oversee production timelines from initial order through shipment
- Communicate daily with overseas factories to manage samples, approvals, and updates
- Review and confirm purchase orders, cost sheets, specifications, and related documentation
- Monitor product quality and proactively address production or QC issues
- Maintain accurate records of all production schedules, status updates, and shipments
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure alignment on deadlines and product details
Qualifications
- Experience in home decor, furniture, or related consumer goods production
- Strong understanding of overseas manufacturing processes (China and India preferred)
- Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel and production-tracking systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
