A growing organization in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a motivated, personable, and highly organized Intake Coordinator to join its team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, providing excellent client service, and ensuring important documentation and intake processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is warm, professional, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who can help clients navigate the intake process while maintaining consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the intake process.
  • Communicate with clients daily and develop strong, professional relationships.
  • Guide clients through required intake procedures and next steps.
  • Assist clients with completing forms, applications, and other required documentation.
  • Explain paperwork and requirements clearly and patiently.
  • Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and submit intake paperwork accurately and within required timelines.
  • Follow up with clients regarding missing or outstanding information.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records.
  • Track intake progress and ensure cases continue moving through the process.
  • Respond to client phone calls, emails, and questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client information.
  • Assist with general administrative and intake-related responsibilities as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and supportive office environment.
