Our apartment community is looking for a dedicated Rental Agent / Community Manager to lead our leasing efforts and oversee property operations. In this role, you will be the face of the community, responsible for maintaining high occupancy levels while ensuring our tenants receive personalized, high-quality service. You will work closely with the regional manager and maintenance staff to facilitate smooth turnovers and ensure the property is always at its best. We are seeking a sales-minded professional who can balance administrative precision with excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the full leasing process, including responding to inquiries, qualifying tenants, and conducting tours.
Prepare lease documents and manage the resident renewal process.
Establish strong rapport with tenants and provide high-level personalized service.
Oversee the apartment turnover process and coordinate daily with the Supers on repair reports.
Maintain accurate online marketing and complete weekly leasing performance reports.
Handle all professional correspondence and manage digital and physical files securely.
Ensure all community policies and procedures are followed with total integrity.
2 or more years of prior sales experience is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Smartphone proficiency and the ability to learn property management software.
Excellent organizational skills for managing documents and schedules.
Ability to represent the company with a professional appearance and manner.
