Description
A warm and supportive family is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with a 13-year-old boy in a home setting. This role is ideal for a clinician who values meaningful, individualized care and enjoys working closely with both the child and family.
The ideal candidate is professional, nurturing, and experienced in supervising behavioral therapy while guiding parents and support staff.
What You’ll Do
• Oversee and manage the child’s ABA program
• Work directly with the child during after-school hours
• Provide support, training, and guidance to parents
• Develop and adjust behavior plans as needed
• Ensure consistent, high-quality care and progress tracking
