Key Responsibilities
Support the school's daily administrative and office operations.
Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for families, staff, and visitors.
Assist with student enrollment, registration, and related administrative processes.
Maintain accurate and organized student records and documentation.
Communicate with families regarding school information, schedules, documentation, and general inquiries.
Maintain staff files, compliance records, and required documentation.
Ensure records are accurate, organized, confidential, and up to date.
Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and school schedules.
Assist with planning and coordinating school events, programs, and activities.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general office correspondence.
Prepare documents, reports, forms, and other administrative materials.
Assist school leadership and staff with day-to-day administrative needs.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Follow up on outstanding paperwork and documentation.
Help ensure smooth communication between administration, teachers, staff, and families.
Perform additional administrative responsibilities as needed to support the school.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of administrative, office, or related experience preferred.
Previous experience in a school, early childhood program, daycare, or educational environment is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
