The Role:
You will lease vacant retail spaces - from 500 SF mom-and-pop shops to 5,000 SF flagship spaces. Lease retail storefronts, shopping centers, mixed-use buildings. Show spaces to prospective tenants - restaurant owners, franchisees, retail chains, medical, etc. Canvas neighborhoods - cold call, walk the block, find tenants before they find you. Work directly with landlords to price and market vacancies. Close deals - we need CLOSERS, not tour guides.
