Position Summary
A growing e-commerce company is seeking an experienced Division Manager to lead and scale a key business division. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing operations, managing cross-functional teams, and developing strategic initiatives that support long-term business success.
The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial leader with extensive experience in sales, operations, supply chain management, and wholesale or consumer products. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall strategy, operations, and financial performance of an assigned business division.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth across e-commerce, wholesale, and retail channels.
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales and operations teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Establish performance metrics (KPIs), monitor business results, and implement action plans to achieve company goals.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, including forecasting, sourcing, production, inventory planning, and product launches.
- Manage relationships with domestic and international suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure operational excellence.
- Optimize supply chain processes, inventory management, fulfillment operations, and purchasing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, finance, product development, and executive leadership to support business growth initiatives.
- Negotiate vendor agreements, pricing, and strategic partnerships to maximize value and strengthen supplier relationships.
- Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities and expand market share.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring strong cost controls and operational efficiency.
- Drive process improvements through technology, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through operational excellence and strong client relationship management.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in e-commerce, wholesale distribution, consumer products, apparel, logistics, or a related industry.
- Proven success leading business divisions, sales organizations, or large operational teams.
- Strong background in business development, revenue growth, and strategic planning.
- Experience managing domestic and international sourcing, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams while driving accountability through KPIs and performance management.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, profitability, and operational reporting.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and execute growth strategies.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and business analytics tools.
