Responsibilities
Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient care and daily office operations.
Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean, stocked, and organized.
Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain basic patient information, including vital signs when appropriate.
Assist with routine clinical procedures and pediatric patient care.
Schedule appointments and help manage patient flow throughout the office.
Answer phones, greet patients and families, and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate medical records and update patient information.
Clean and sterilize medical equipment following office protocols.
Support front desk and administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure a positive, friendly, and professional experience for patients and their families.
