Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Showroom Sales Assistant to support our wholesale apparel sales team. This full-time, in-office position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our showroom by assisting with sales support, order management, customer communication, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager with daily operations, meetings, and customer follow-up.
- Process customer orders, monitor order status, and track shipments through delivery.
- Communicate with buyers to provide updates, answer questions, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate showroom appointments and assist with sample management and organization.
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate sales records, and prepare reports as needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Assist with preparing sales presentations, product information, and showroom materials.
- Maintain an organized and professional showroom environment.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Showroom Sales Assistant or in a similar sales support role.
- Experience in the wholesale apparel or fashion industry preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as general office software.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
- Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service.
