Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Salary: Based on Experience

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to support our Community Liaison team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping families of children with special needs and infants transitioning home from the NICU receive the care and support they need.

Working alongside the Community Liaison team, you will help coordinate services, onboard new families, provide exceptional customer service, and serve as a reliable point of contact throughout their home care journey.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Community Liaison team with onboarding new families into the home care program
  • Provide exceptional customer service to families of children with special needs and NICU graduates
  • Coordinate communication between families, caregivers, nurses, and internal departments
  • Schedule appointments and follow up on outstanding tasks
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Ensure families feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout the process
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties
  • Assist with organizing files, tracking documentation, and maintaining office operations
Qualifications
  • Passion for helping others and making a positive impact
  • Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office software
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous administrative, healthcare, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
