Job Title: In-House Accountant
Full-Time or Part-Time Position: Full-Time
Job Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Record and process daily financial transactions
Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries
Assist with payroll, invoicing, and account reconciliations
Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations
Support management with budgeting and financial analysis

Specific Qualifications and/or Requirements:

Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, or other accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards preferred
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment

Salary: $140,000 DOE
