Responsibilities
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons and educational activities
Supporting students academically, socially, and emotionally
Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Assisting with classroom management and student supervision
Implementing individualized educational plans and accommodations when applicable
Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Supporting school programs, activities, and events
Qualifications
Previous educational or classroom experience preferred
Appropriate certifications or credentials for specialized positions preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
