In this role, you will reach out to business owners, build strong relationships, and provide tailored funding solutions. Whether leveraging in-house financing or brokering deals through our network, you will have all the tools and flexibility needed to maximize your deal flow and earnings.

• Actively contact business owners using company-provided lead lists via phone calls, text campaigns, and email blasts.

• Evaluate client funding needs and pitch custom merchant cash advance solutions.

• Utilize both in-house funding capabilities and external brokering channels to structure optimal deals.

• Manage and track pipeline activity efficiently within our custom CRM.

• Follow up consistently on leads, navigate objections, and close funding opportunities.

• High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.

• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively over phone, email, and text.

• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection while staying focused on closing deals.

• Quick learner capable of picking up our funding programs and proprietary software rapidly.

• Prior experience in financial sales, telemarketing, or MCA is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
