Description
A DDD agency supporting adults with developmental disabilities is seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional to work one-on-one with a middle-aged woman on Sundays. This role focuses on providing companionship, mentorship, and community-based support in a positive and engaging environment.
The ideal candidate is patient, caring, and able to build a supportive, encouraging relationship while helping the individual navigate and enjoy activities in the community.
What You’ll Do
• Provide one-on-one companionship and support
• Accompany and assist with community outings and activities
• Offer mentorship and encouragement in a respectful, supportive manner
• Help promote independence and confidence
• Ensure a safe and positive environment at all times

• Reliable and consistent with scheduling
