We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on custom home job sites for high-end, single-family residential projects. The ideal candidate will manage sub-contractors, track timelines, ensure strict quality standards, and serve as the primary on-site liaison for clients, architects, and inspectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day to day operations on custom home job sites for single family, high end residential builds.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, trades, and material deliveries.
Ensure work meets quality standards, plans and specs, and local building codes.
Manage job site safety compliance and daily site logs.
Serve as primary on site point of contact for clients, architects, and inspectors.
Track project timelines and flag or resolve delays and issues proactively.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in custom or high end residential construction preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades at once.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation between sites.
