Location: New York, NY Employment Type: Part-Time/Full-Time, Paid Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:30 AM–5:00 PM (No Fridays) Compensation: $17/hour
A growing fashion retail brand is seeking a creative and motivated Product Development Intern to join the team ASAP. This is a paid, hands-on opportunity for someone interested in fashion, product development, and the retail industry. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to help develop new products and collections.
Responsibilities:
Research fashion trends, styles, fabrics, and materials
Assist with developing new products and collections
Create product concepts, mood boards, and presentations
Research competitors, pricing, and market trends
Assist with product samples, revisions, and organization
Communicate with vendors and support product development tasks
Maintain product information and development files
Assist with additional projects as needed
Qualifications:
Passion for fashion and retail
Strong creative and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and eager to learn
Strong communication skills
Interest in product development, merchandising, or fashion business
Fashion, marketing, merchandising, or related experience is a plus
Requirements: Must be able to work in person in New York City Monday through Thursday, 9:30 AM–5:00 PM, and be available to start ASAP.
