Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our growing team in Brooklyn. This role is responsible for analyzing operational data, supporting financial processes, improving business operations, and preparing reports that help drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Develop projections, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning.
  • Monitor operational metrics and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Assist with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and other financial support functions.
  • Support customer service initiatives and respond to operational inquiries as needed.
  • Maintain and monitor software systems, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and business processes.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to management and stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn new industries and business processes.
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
