Administrative Assistant

This role is the backbone of our office.

Are you highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented—someone who takes ownership, keeps things moving, and brings calm to a fast-paced environment? If yes, you may be just the person we are looking for!

What matters most:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
  • A high level of responsibility and follow-through
  • Attention to detail—nothing slips past you
  • Confidence managing schedules, systems, and day-to-day operations
  • A problem-solver mindset with a “figure it out” attitude
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team

Experience required:

  • Previous admin/secretarial experience
  • Familiarity with office systems and databases
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required

This is an in-office role within a women-led team, with a close-knit, family-style environment. We’re looking for someone who will integrate naturally into that dynamic.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership and brings real value to the role—someone who creates order, supports the team, and keeps everything running the way it should be, without needing to be reminded or asked twice.
