Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, loving, and safe care for a newborn throughout the day.
- Feed, burp, change diapers, and follow the baby's daily schedule and routines.
- Prepare bottles and clean and sanitize feeding supplies.
- Monitor naps and establish healthy sleep routines.
- Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities, including tummy time, reading, and sensory play.
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery and play area.
- Wash and organize the baby's clothing, bottles, and other baby-related items as needed.
- Monitor the baby's health and promptly communicate any concerns to the family.
- Follow all family instructions regarding feeding schedules, naps, and daily care.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment that supports healthy development.
