Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Executive – Sales, Growth & Client Partnerships to build and scale the commercial engine of a rapidly growing media and entertainment company. Our original shows reach more than 100 million monthly viewers across social platforms, and we partner with leading global brands to create advertising and branded entertainment that audiences actively choose to watch.

This executive will lead all aspects of the client business, including sales leadership, go-to-market strategy, strategic partnerships, and client services. The ideal candidate is a hands-on commercial leader who understands the creator economy, branded entertainment, and short-form content and is excited to build a high-performing revenue organization.

Sales Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organization.
  • Establish clear accountability, sales processes, forecasting systems, and performance standards.
  • Improve win rates, shorten sales cycles, and increase average deal size.
  • Develop strategies to drive significant and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Recruit and develop exceptional sales and commercial talent.
  • Implement measurable KPIs and reporting systems to monitor sales performance.
Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Define and strengthen the company's positioning within the advertising and media marketplace.
  • Build compelling sales narratives and presentations for brands and agencies.
  • Develop sponsorship packages, branded content opportunities, and scalable commercial products.
  • Identify opportunities to combine creators, original shows, talent, and activations into larger strategic partnerships.
  • Continuously improve pricing, packaging, and market positioning.
  • Analyze industry trends and advertiser needs to identify new revenue opportunities.
Client Partnerships
  • Lead relationships with major brands, advertising agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive-level clients.
  • Develop strategies to convert one-time campaigns into long-term partnerships.
  • Lead negotiations for major commercial opportunities and high-value agreements.
  • Oversee account management and client services to ensure exceptional campaign execution.
  • Leverage existing industry relationships to expand the company's client network and commercial reach.
Executive Leadership
  • Partner directly with the CEO on company strategy, growth initiatives, and commercial priorities.
  • Help shape organizational structure, hiring plans, forecasting, and long-term growth strategies.
  • Build a culture focused on excellence, accountability, creativity, and exceptional client service.
  • Collaborate with creative, production, talent, and leadership teams to develop commercially successful opportunities.
  • Create a scalable and repeatable commercial infrastructure capable of supporting significant company growth.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of revenue-related leadership experience in sales, commercial strategy, partnerships, or business development.
  • Experience within a creative agency, media company, publisher, creator business, or entertainment organization is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success selling high-value marketing partnerships, branded content, media, entertainment, or creator-driven solutions.
  • Existing relationships with major brands and media agencies are highly valued.
  • Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy, branded entertainment, and digital media landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable leading executive-level client conversations and complex commercial negotiations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building and scaling revenue organizations.
  • Highly organized, accountable, and results-driven.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form social media culture.
Success Metrics
  • Increase average deal size and overall company revenue.
  • Convert a meaningful percentage of revenue into long-term client partnerships.
