Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Transactional Associate Attorney to join our growing Real Estate and Healthcare practice groups. This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-to-senior level attorney who is looking to work on sophisticated, high-value transactions while enjoying a collaborative environment and an exceptional work-life balance.

Our practice represents private equity firms, healthcare organizations, developers, investors, and businesses involved in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, operation, and disposition of healthcare and commercial real estate assets throughout the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, operating agreements, and other commercial contracts.
  • Conduct legal due diligence for complex healthcare and commercial real estate transactions.
  • Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development, and corporate transactions.
  • Assist with structuring transactions and managing deals from inception through closing.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Communicate directly with clients, lenders, opposing counsel, and other transaction participants.
  • Research and analyze legal issues affecting healthcare and commercial real estate transactions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships while delivering practical, business-focused legal advice.
  • Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in New York.
  • Mid-to-senior level experience in healthcare transactions, commercial real estate, or a combination of both.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and due diligence skills.
  • Experience managing sophisticated transactional matters from beginning to end.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Strong client service orientation and sound business judgment.
