A growing wholesale and manufacturing company in the apparel space is seeking a Mid–Senior Operations Manager to help drive efficiency, organization, and scalability across the business. What You’ll Do
• Oversee daily operations across production, logistics, and inventory management
• Coordinate with sourcing, production, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery
• Improve operational workflows and implement scalable processes
• Monitor inventory levels, order flow, and supply chain performance
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements
• Support cross-functional communication to align teams and priorities
• Assist in managing vendors, factories, and logistics partners
