As a Sales Executive, the ideal candidate is outgoing with high energy that thrives in a fast-paced work environment to service and sell existing accounts, Ross, Burlington, TJX, Europe and Canada. Experience is a must. Excellent communication, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks timely to achieve deadlines with a high-volume workload. The candidate must possess strong written and organizational skills and perform well under pressure. This is an amazing opportunity to build a career working amongst a dynamic sales team. 

  • Help with the development stages of products - including design and trends.
  • Meet with buyers during sales meetings and take notes on all comments they are giving.
  • Maintain an accurate record of all styles/orders organized and track shipping as well.
  • Comment on all samples the factory is sending making sure all styles coordinate and tell a story.
  • Must have a good sense of details/colors and good communication skills to comment to the factory on all changes needed.
  • Help with setting up customer quote sheets /Purchase order detail sheets needed to place orders.
  • Work with customers on all revisions needed.

COMPETENCIES

  • Experience with TJX and other discounted retailers 2+ years’ experience in wholesale sales or industry-related experience
  • Comfortable making phone sales & have strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Strong listening, written, and oral communication skills-Self-motivated and highly organized.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment.
