Requirements:

Desire to work in investment-sales and in the NYC commercial real estate
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Be able to work collaboratively and independently
Must be comfortable with prospecting/cold calling
Must have basic understanding of commercial real estate financial metrics
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
Strong business acumen
Junior or senior level, but will consider other class levels
Legal to work in the US
General Responsibilities:
Sourcing deals – identifying new opportunities by prospecting and cold calling
Learn from senior management in day-to-day sales activities
Develop in depth understanding of market dynamics, values, and trends
Input and organize data, coupled with relevant CRE software and systems training
