Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LBA) to join our team. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.

The ideal candidate is clinically strong, collaborative, and passionate about delivering patient-centered care through evidence-based practices, with a goal of improving quality of life for clients and their families.

What You’ll Do
• Design and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and ongoing patient assessments
• Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) and other evidence-based therapies
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track progress and adjust treatment plans
• Train and support caregivers, families, and staff on behavioral strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators and healthcare providers
• Participate in intake and ongoing evaluation processes

Requirements
• Certification as a BCBA or eligibility for certification
• Experience in behavioral therapy, particularly with children or individuals with autism
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection methods
• Experience working with developmental disabilities or special needs populations
• Familiarity with medical documentation and patient assessment practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
