Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sourcing Manager to join our growing team. As our business continues to expand with the addition of two new divisions, we are looking for a sourcing professional who can identify new products, build strong supplier relationships, and manage the sourcing process across multiple consumer product categories.
The ideal candidate has experience working with overseas manufacturers, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of consumer products, particularly electronic accessories. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing organization with a broad and expanding product portfolio.
Responsibilities
Source new products, suppliers, and manufacturing partners for multiple product categories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and overseas vendors, with an emphasis on Asia-based manufacturers.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and supplier agreements to maximize profitability and product quality.
Manage product sourcing from initial concept through production and delivery.
Communicate daily with factories regarding pricing, samples, production schedules, packaging, and quality standards.
Research market trends, emerging products, and new sourcing opportunities.
Collaborate with product development, sales, and operations teams to support new product launches.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of products.
Prepare costing sheets, sourcing reports, and vendor documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, reduce costs, and streamline supply chain operations.
