What You’ll Do
Build and launch a soft home division, including structure, processes, and goals
Lead division operations to ensure efficiency and strong performance
Oversee product planning, development, and assortment strategy for soft home categories
Collaborate with cross?functional teams to drive division success
Manage and mentor staff to build a strong, effective team
Requirements
Proven experience managing or launching a soft home division
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to build processes and teams from the ground up
Deep knowledge of soft home categories and market standards
Excellent communication and decision?making abilities
