We are scaling fast. We’ve helped hundreds of thousands of drivers handle tickets and we’re expanding aggressively across new markets.
We’re hiring a Growth & Operations Associate to work directly with the CEO. This is a high-exposure, execution-heavy role. You’ll be involved in growth, operations, and anything critical to moving the business forward.
This is not a passive role. You will be expected to own projects, move quickly, and figure things out with limited guidance.
What You’ll Do
- Own and optimize email marketing campaigns and lifecycle flows
- Analyze funnel performance and identify ways to improve conversion
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards and financial tracking models
- Support market expansion with data, pricing, and operational setup
- Turn rough ideas into clear, executable workflows
- Jump between projects across marketing, ops, and finance without losing speed or quality
