Position Overview
A growing law firm in Cedarhurst, NY is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal or Title Coordinator to join its team.

Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with transactional legal matters.
Support real estate, title, corporate, healthcare, and business-related transactions.
Assist with the preparation, review, and organization of transaction documents.
Coordinate documentation and information throughout the transaction process.
Maintain organized electronic and physical matter files.
Track transaction requirements, outstanding items, and important deadlines.
Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, title companies, and other parties involved in transactions.
Assist with due diligence and document collection.
Follow up on outstanding documents and transaction-related matters.
Help ensure transactions progress efficiently from opening through closing.
Manage multiple active matters and priorities simultaneously.
Provide general paralegal and administrative support to attorneys as needed.
Qualifications
Prior experience in real estate, healthcare, title, corporate, business transactions, or related legal work is helpful.
Candidates at various experience levels will be considered.
Paralegal certificate is not required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
