The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company executive team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Provide administrative support for the Global Sales Account team. Support the Sales Team in managing key international client accounts
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, performance reports, and business reviews
  • Coordinate communication between internal departments (sales, operations, finance, marketing)
  • Maintain and update global account records and orders in CRM systems
  • Maintain order catalogs and customer pricing information.
  • Create and manage sales team expense reports.
  • Track account performance metrics and compile data reports
  • Perform general administrative duties such as but not limited to; filing, copying, scanning, managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have experience working in fast-paced environments where the utmost discretion and confidentiality are required
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Professional office setting
Salary: $50-55K
