The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company executive team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Provide administrative support for the Global Sales Account team. Support the Sales Team in managing key international client accounts
- Assist in preparing client presentations, performance reports, and business reviews
- Coordinate communication between internal departments (sales, operations, finance, marketing)
- Maintain and update global account records and orders in CRM systems
- Maintain order catalogs and customer pricing information.
- Create and manage sales team expense reports.
- Track account performance metrics and compile data reports
- Perform general administrative duties such as but not limited to; filing, copying, scanning, managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have experience working in fast-paced environments where the utmost discretion and confidentiality are required
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
