Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys within the Litigation Department.
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling.
Coordinate internal and external communications.
Prepare, organize, proofread, and maintain correspondence and documents.
Assist with organizing litigation-related files and materials.
Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical records.
Track deadlines and assist attorneys with staying organized and prepared.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
Coordinate meetings and assist with meeting preparation.
Assist with document management, filing, scanning, and administrative projects.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client and legal information.
Prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment.
Provide additional administrative support to the department as needed.
Qualifications
Previous administrative or executive assistant experience preferred.
Experience within a law firm or legal environment is a plus.
