Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Spend quality time with seniors and provide friendly companionship.
Play board games, card games, puzzles, and other recreational games.
Engage seniors in conversation and encourage social interaction.
Help organize and participate in fun, age-appropriate activities.
Encourage seniors to stay mentally and socially active.
Assist with arts and crafts, music, group activities, and other recreational programs.
Help set up and clean up activities and games.
Encourage participation while respecting each individual's interests and abilities.
Maintain a positive, patient, and respectful environment.
Build friendly and professional relationships with seniors.
Work cooperatively with staff and assist with activities as needed.
Be reliable and consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
